User Support
In addition to Technical Support, Kleverware offers you a service of User Support to which you can
address all kind of questions related to our products use.
This support comes in 2 forms :
- Standard User Support, which offers hotline during working hours (9 am to 12 am and
2 pm to 6 pm from monday to friday, except Kleverware's bank holidays).
Each request initiates a follow-up with unique ticket number.
- Premium Support, the offer adapted to your specific needs.
