Workflow
With K-Role Manager's workflow module, define the business approval steps, technical
approval steps, provisionning tasks... Graphically model your Workflow for authorizations
and business profiles management, define the process and approval key steps. K-Role
Manager provides :
- A Workflow engine based on processes
- An intuitive design interface
- A form design graphical interface
For example, a Workflow could be launched by a user request, which leads an "Approval"
type of activity to the employee in charge of business approval. The request could
be validated, rejected or transfered.
The applicant is warned by notification of his request evolution, et could also
follow the process in a decicated interface with a provided ticket number.
Amongst Workflow tasks possible to add, there is a "Right provionning" task, which
could launch a manual provisionning activity to an administrator, or automatical
provisionning to a dedicated agent.
